The epidemic prevention and control relied on blockade and control imposed by the government. Now it suddenly relies on our own immune system! Herd immunization is the only way to go. Here are my three suggestions on how to boost the immune system and reduce the risk of severe illness in the short term:
1. Take enough dietary supplements, including vitamin C, B100, D3, and magnesium citrate. We all know about eating a balanced diet and getting nutrients from food. The wish is good, but it is very difficult to operate. On the one hand, the reason is that everyone generally lacks nutritional knowledge and has no concept of how much nutrients should be taken in. On the other hand, it is also because nutrients will be lost during the cooking process, and each of us has a different absorption capacity. The absorption of human body is also different, so it is not realistic to get enough nutrition through food. It is very urgent to keep the body in the stage of nutritional saturation in the current epidemic situation, so the easiest and feasible solution is to take dietary supplements.
The most basic dietary supplements are as follows:
Vitamin C is a strong antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral, and is currently the safest anti-inflammatory and antihistamine substance. Most mammals can synthesize large doses of vitamin C on their own, but humans do not have this ability. This is why kittens and puppies are safe and sound in a dirty environment with some injuries, but humans are much more vulnerable and are easily infected with various viruses, because we lack the protection of vitamin C.
Vitamin B100 In the past, our most important source of vitamin B was some grain husks, but due to the high degree of processing, most of the grains we eat now are polished rice noodles, which no longer contain vitamin B family. At present, there are still vitamin B foods that have been greatly reduced. Moreover, living habits such as staying up late and eating a lot of sugar will increase and consume a lot of vitamins that are not much in our body. B group, in this case, it will cause the deficiency of vitamin B. Vitamin B is the main component that helps us metabolize protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Lack of vitamin B will cause our metabolic capacity to decline and affect nutrient absorption.
