Eat to Fit is a community that promotes physical and mental health through scientific diet and exercise. Here, we teach the latest nutrition and exercise knowledge, share diet and exercise experiences, help with meal and fitness planning, and provide daily guidance.
We believe that everyone, men and women, young and old, can make gradual changes to their diet through simple, practical, effective, sustainable diet and/or home fitness programs, personalized nutrition interventions, according to their lifestyle and dietary preferences, so as to lose excess fat, maintain a good figure, improve immunity, prevent or control chronic metabolic diseases, and achieve specific health goals at different physiological stages.

The Founder
Eileen Wang, IFBB registered senior sports nutritionist in the United States, CANFITPRO registered personal trainer in Canada, and Senior Instructor of Chinese National Vocational Nutrition Training Center. She graduated from Dalian University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in engineering, and then obtained a master's degree in economics from Northeast University of Finance and Economics. She has worked in Energy,manufacturing and finance industries for many years. After greatly improving her physical condition through fitness and scientific diet, she resolutely decided to devote herself to the study and practice in the field of fitness, nutrition and health, and established her own fitness studio. Then in 2019, she founded Eat2Fit to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Eileen has accumulated a wealth of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the fields of nutrition diagnosis and treatment, sports and fitness, and is particularly good at translating the latest nutrition and health knowledge into dietary recommendations that are easy to understand and follow. With her help, hundreds of people and families have achieved physical, physiological, and chronic disease improvement goals by adjusting their daily diet and/or fitness.
Eileen works in Canada and China, has a happy family and is the mother of two children.
