In the past few days, several friends have asked me, is weight loss coffee an IQ tax?
Now there are many people on tiktok who are selling goods. They all look very fit, including celebrities, and some vloggers who talk about nutrition and teach weight loss, all appealing!
Actually I think my friends already had an answer in their minds when they asked me.
Otherwise, they would have already just placed order, and would never text me at all.
But why they still asked me? Human nature! When you learn there are something, if you eat them you may lose weight . No need to work-out, to change your lifestyle, your diet, you can eat whatever you like, do you want to try?
These slim products, such as slim coffee, slim tea, and slim desserts, take advantage of people's psychology weakness. All effective weight loss product will require you to make certain changes. For example, reducing the amount you eat (such as eat meal replacements), or reducing your carbohydrate intake. But when you lose weight later, is it truly the effect of the product that you use?

No!!! It is you who make these changes happen, not those products. If you can reduce the total intake or reduce the amount of carbohydrates, you will lose weight without eating any of those products.
What will rigid demand bring? True effective product! And everyone will spread the word of mouth and flock to buy it, and there is no need for advertising at all. Is there such a product for weigh loss?
If there is, why do celebrities still lose weight by starving? Don’t they know the product, or don’t they have money to buy it?
The reason why we are not thin is not because we have missed a certain panacea, but because we are unable or unwilling to make some long-term changes in our lives. So we want to be lazy, greedy, and hope to lose weight without changing anything.
Friends, none of weight loss product will be effective when our lifestyle does not change. Wake up!!!
Simply put, I'm in the weight management business, and if there’s a product like this, I'd be selling it a long time ago. Isn't it easier to sell you products than to persuade you to change your lifestyle and adjust your diet?
