“I didn't expect that I would really lose some weight, I am so surprised”

I am 56 years old and retired for many years. I have high blood sugar and high blood lipids. Every time I see my doctor, I am suggested to lose weight. However since I have hypothyroidism, losing weight is particularly difficult. In order to lose weight, I worked out in the gym for more than 2 hours a day. Even though I was so exhausted I lost only 1 pound in a month. A friend in the US told me that  her mom had successfully lost weight under Eillen's guidance and recommended me to consult Eileen. I was not very hopeful at the beginning thinking just to have a try. Eilleen firstly asked me to reduce daily exercise to 1 hour to avoid fatigue, and to take vitamin supplement. Surprisingly, I actually lost 5.5 pounds in a month after exercising time was reduced. Now I have lost weight from 68.8kg to 60kg. During the epidemic, I didn't go to the gym. When my fitness trainer saw my picture one day, he was surprised too. I sincerely thank Eileen for helping me to lose weight.  Her approach works so well for a person who struggles like me.
